FHA Annual Dues – Your Action Required before May 1st

The bills for your FHA annual dues are being mailed on Monday, March 29th.  Here are the answers to a few frequently asked questions:

  • All dues must be paid in full on or before May 1st.
  • If you cannot pay your dues in full, please enroll in our payment plan option before May 1st.
  • To officially enroll in our payment plan option, please contact Andre, our treasurer, via email before May 1st.  All payment plans are 8 monthly installments of $155. $5 of which is a service fee. No penalty for paying off early.
  • We do accept credit cards and electronic forms of payment, but all service fees need to be paid by the member.  Again, please email Andre directly to work out the arrangements before May 1st.  
  • Member cards and parking passes will be mailed out periodically throughout April and May as payments come in.  We thank you in advance for your patience.
