SUMMARY:Annual Member Meeting & BBQ
DESCRIPTION:Our annual meeting and BBQ are planned for next Saturday\, August 10th. The annual meeting will begin at 10am\, with the BBQ immediately after.\n\nIn an attempt to better predict attendance\, food and activities\, we are using a site ‘Perfect Potluck’ \nClick the link below: \n\n  \n SIGN UP FOR ANNUAL MEETING BBQ \nPlease sign-up for a side\, dessert\, Corn hole/yard game set if you are willing to bring anything for the BBQ. Also enter if you would like to participate in either Corn Hole\, Horseshoes or both. \nAlso enter number of attendees (adults and children). This will allow us to gauge the amount of food.
