DESCRIPTION:SAVE THE DATE !!!!   SPECIAL MEETING   \nNOVEMBER 12th \nCHANGES TO THE FHA COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS.\nRe: Short Term Rentals \nFrom Bill Murray\nFHA President \nFHA Members\, \nWe have received a duly signed petition requesting a Special Meeting to consider adding language to the Covenants & Restrictions prohibiting the operation of short-term rentals\, which will be specifically defined in the proposed language. \nThe meeting will be held on November 12\, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.\, at Stevens Memorial Library\, with ZOOM participation also available. \nFHA Members that require assistance to attend via ZOOM and/or who want a link to the meeting\, can contact secretary@farhillsassociation.com. \nThe language that has been proposed\, ZOOM voting guidelines\, and any other pertinent information will be sent in the coming weeks. \nA quorum of 60 households in good standing is required for the meeting to proceed. Under our Bylaws\, proxies cannot be used to establish a quorum; therefore\, members must participate either in person or via ZOOM. \nPlease plan to attend this single-subject meeting and make your voice heard on this important matter affecting the governance of our Association. \nThank you for your participation and continued support of FHA! \n\nBill Murray\nPresident\nFar Hills Association
