DESCRIPTION:Trick or treating at Ripple Beach.  Members\, set up to hand out treats. Trick or treaters\, stop by and collect some treats. In prior years we have had close to 90 trick or treaters! Those handing out goodies may want to consider some non-candy snacks and some non food items.

DESCRIPTION:Sunset Lake Winter Challenge! \nMembers of ALL AGES \nSunset Lake Winter Challenge starts Dec. 21\, 2026\, but you can join anytime before March 20! Ends March 20\, 2027.  \nOnce you’ve completed at least 20 challenges or more\, e-mail your name and telephone number to Chardell at social@farhillsassociation.com to be entered into the raffle. Winners will be posted on the Far Hills Social Facebook page & contacted by telephone and/or email on March 21\, 2027. There will be multiple winners! \nHave fun and be safe! Before you start\, check out the Sunset Lake Winter Rules! \nReminder of the Sunset Lake Winter Rules: \n* All persons using the frozen lake do so at their own risk. \n* All vehicles driven on ice and Association roads and property must be operated responsibly. \n* All state and federal rules and regulations apply regarding registration\, minimum operator ages\, operator certifications\, licenses\, accident reporting\, etc. No reckless spinning\, sliding\, or racing is allowed\, and all must yield right of way to unpowered vehicles and pedestrians. \n* No littering or polluting of ice permitted: No wood\, partially burned wood\, ash\, or debris can be left on ice; No bottles\, cans\, trash\, animal waste\, etc. can be left on ice. \n* No cleared ice skating/hockey rink areas allowed beyond 150 feet from shore. \n* No exposed fishing holes should be left in ice (fill them with ice chips/snow)\, nor should piles of ice chips from drilled holes be left on ice (smooth them out). \n* All other FHA rules\, including FISHING\, apply in the winter. \nThank you!
