Annual Member Meeting & BBQ

Our annual meeting and BBQ are planned for next Saturday, August 10th. The annual meeting will begin at 10am, with the BBQ immediately after.
In an attempt to better predict attendance, food and activities, we are using a site ‘Perfect Potluck’

SIGN UP FOR ANNUAL MEETING BBQ
Please sign-up for a side, dessert, Corn hole/yard game set if you are willing to bring anything for the BBQ. Also enter if you would like to participate in either Corn Hole, Horseshoes or both.
Also enter number of attendees (adults and children). This will allow us to gauge the amount of food. FHA provides the main course.
