Re: Short Term Rentals

FHA Members,

We have received a duly signed petition requesting a Special Meeting to consider adding language to the Covenants & Restrictions prohibiting the operation of short-term rentals, which will be specifically defined in the proposed language.

The meeting will be held on November 12, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Stevens Memorial Library, with ZOOM participation also available.

FHA Members that require assistance to attend via ZOOM and/or who want a link to the meeting, can contact secretary@farhillsassociation.com.

The language that has been proposed, ZOOM voting guidelines, and any other pertinent information will be sent in the coming weeks.

A quorum of 60 households in good standing is required for the meeting to proceed. Under our Bylaws, proxies cannot be used to establish a quorum; therefore, members must participate either in person or via ZOOM.

Please plan to attend this single-subject meeting and make your voice heard on this important matter affecting the governance of our Association.
