Our lakefront property at Ripple Beach could be the perfect spot for your next big event. It includes Levins Hall, a 400 square foot building, and the beautiful sandy beach. In the past we’ve had everything from private weddings to morning Yoga classes. All the forms you need can be found here.

Rental Permit
Party Permit
A Reservation is necessary for any FHA Member to hold a private event at Levins Hall, Ripple Beach, Lollipop Beach, or on the lake.
Reservations are available on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis for all FHA members in good standing and take the following steps:
- Any Member hosting an event with more than 25 people, using any of the Association’s property and facilities must file for a Permit for Large Parties with the Social Director. No fee required.
- Any Member wishing to make a Reservation should send an email to the Social Director (social@farhillsassociation.com) with the day and date and the number of people anticipated to attend.
- Members applying to rent Levins Hall will need to complete the Rental Permit form and send it with two checks—one for $200 for the rental fee and one for $60 for the cleaning deposit—made out to the Far Hills Association to 13 Blueberry Road, Ashburnham.
- Once payment has been received, and the applying Member has been determined to be in ‘good standing’, the signed Social Activities Permit will be returned to the Member.

- Please note it is Association policy to only allow one (1) Private Event per weekend during the season at Levins Hall. (May through September).
FHA requires its members to acquire insurance for all events on FHA property, including all common lands as defined Article V – Rights and Obligations of Owners, under Common Lands.
This insurance must include:
- Specific event-type insurance
- Bartender Insurance, if liquor will be served
- Caterer Insurance, if a catering firm is providing food

- Basic event details – Type, number of days, attendance, etc.
- Eligibility questions – Water activities, time-of-day, etc.
- GL (General Liability) coverage options – Amount, deductible, etc.
- Dates of coverage – Start date through end date
- Event organizer – Your name and address
- Event location – Pre-filled with FHA information
